Revolutionary Brewing Technique

If you want your tea served in the form of a pot, a teabag and hot water, you are better off making it yourself at home. At Lancelot, each serving of tea is prudently brewed using Steampunk - a siphon brewing machine which won the 2012 SCAA Best New Product of the coffee and tea category. Its brew variables include time, volume, temperature, grind, agitation and extraction pressure - all which are carefully calibrated by the tea sommelier to produce the perfect pot of tea.
