Korean eating customs Sogang 2A Chapter 6 p 110 112
I reviewed my Sunday Sogang class last night, even though it was late and I was tired (got to bed at nearly 1am). In the class we went through the dialogues on Sogang 2A page 111 that go with the pictures on Page 110, which are about eating habits and customs in Korea, I understood most of it and learnt a few new words/expressions!
Vocabulary
??? ?? = Order
???? = Free - I usually only hear ??? (service)
??? = Employee / Staff ????? = Restaurant staff
??? ?? = Among People - Between close people
?? (???) Individual / personal (dish)
?? ?? - blowing your nose
When we got to the review section on page 112 we took turns to construct a sentence using the prompts. I actually enjoyed doing this, rather than fearing it as I did before... So last night I tried again and wrote down something like what we said in class... I want to get it checked as I am sure that the grammar at least is not perfect. I found lately that I dont know the grammar rules but sometimes use the correct marker as it just sounds right - I think this is only possible since I live in Korea and get to hear Korean everyday - Then again sometimes when I talk I use the past tense for the future and show my true lack of Korean!
